If it has Hansom Pilot on the cover, you know that it's going to be good and there are no disappointments with their debut single, 'Gotta Get Outta Here'. They have a full sound from their five-piece line up and they make certain there's plenty going on at all times, they're not afraid to strip it all down either, letting things build up gradually, which is a quality that's lacking in so many bands of this size.
There's a big difference between the rushing a-side and the smokier 'Every Time We Kiss'. It's an ace flip-side with a sexy rhythm and a big solid chorus.
The single is out on May the 8th and it's one to look forward to.
