Groove Armada Reach Number 6

The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance (ICMP) vocal tutor Becky Jones (SaintSaviour) has hit the midweek chart at number 16 with Groove Armada's new album Black Light, as both frontwoman for the band and co-writer on the album.
Becky is in good company on the record with further collaborations including; Nick Littlemore (Empire of the Sun), Bryan Ferry and New York artist She Keeps Bees. The singles 'I Won't Kneel' and 'Paper Romance' have received extensive Radio 1 airplay on shows hosted by Pete Tong, Annie Mac and Nick Grimshaw, as well as being featured on music website Popjustice. With a new sound coming from Groove Armada, critics are giving the album great reviews with references to Becky as a "budding British pop diva". Live performances with the group have also received great reviews and Becky's emergence as a new star might just be able to help Groove Armada back into the charts'!
